The Padi Prada Cooking Class Program is a hands-on experience. Our chef will teach you the secrets of Balinese cuisine.
Class program
- 09.00 am : A trip to Ubud traditional market to experience the process of
bargaining for the ingredients for you class.
- 10.00 am : Back to Padi Prada for tea or coffee break.
10.15 am : Our chef will lead the guest you step by step through the
intrigue grounding of spices, chopping of vegetables
stirring of aromatic sauces.
- 12.00 pm : A delicious lunch where you can enjoy the results of your own cooking class.
